Schedule an Appointment:
Each month, there is one day you can call in to make an appointment for financial assistance consideration. The call-in day is usually the last Friday (the office is closed but we still take calls on this day) of each month, starting at 9 a.m. until we fill our appointments times. Appointments usually fill within an 45 minutes. We do not accept walk-ins to schedule an appointment. As of July 1, 2018, we will not be assisting with deposits.
MCO has multiple volunteers available to answer phones as quickly as possible on the call-in day, however, our phone doesn’t have a busy signal. Please keep trying or hang up and call back until you talk to a volunteer. We typically fill our appointments within 45 minutes- 1 hour.
Next Call-in Day:
Appointments are filled for December. We’ll begin accepting calls for appointments for January assistance on Friday, December 28, 2018 starting at 9 a.m. until we fill all our appointment times. This usually takes 30-40 minutes and is is very difficult to get through due to the extremely high numbers calling for help. Please have patience and be polite to the volunteers!
