Questions? Contact MCO

MCO is now working with numerous not for profits in the community to streamline the process to receive financial assistance. As a result, there is now a centralized intake point for those in need of help. This process allows resources to be used as efficiently as possible, which creates less stress for those searching for services. Those interested in the rent utility program can call 319-366-7999 to see if they qualify. They will return your call and assist you in accessing programs that may be able to assist.

MCO will NOT be having a call-in day in April as we test out this new process.
